I`ve heard that many of Elizabeth`s contemporaries believed her to be "half-man and half woman", (probably they were so shocked at a woman was able to rule, all by herself). But this is a new one on me. Utter nonsense, is all I can say.

Just the beginning of the legend is rediculous. The King would be more angry with an impostor daughter than finding that his daughter was dead. Lame! :D

LOL... makes me think of the French prince/duke(?) in the Cate Blanchette film. Agree with you Elliemental people made this up cause they couldnt accept a woman monarch.
