Did you check his poetry page here on the wiki? It has some sources at the bottom too.

Wasn`t their "relationship" a bit one sided? Do you find this valuable?

Ya, unrequited, but Patricia Thomson came up with some pretty good theories where their relationship was concerned, of course she made sure to state that they were only theories, as no one knows the true nature of Thomas' and Anne's relationship!

Childhood sweethearts was one theory, but i'm not sure how that would work, wasn't Anne in Austria as a child by 1512? Making her about 11, and Thomas 9... so i don't see how that one works!

Another one is that they were a source of comfort to one another when Anne's engagement was called off, and Thomas' marriage came to an end, can't really see that being true either, after the scandal with Henry Percy, i doubt her parents would have let her out of their sight... and especially to see Thomas!

Damn, there was a third assumption now, and i can't remember it! But in any case, Patricia Thomson's biography on him is a good place to start, a good mix of his background, and his poetry!

If your school has access to JSTOR, you may want to try this article:
