"So he was arrested?"Yeh he has to go to court in France. I dont know his situation but he has said in the past that he is like a lamb when it comes to drinking alcohol which is saying he doesnt need much to get drunk quickly. I make no excuse though for his actions which I think is not needed for such a multi talented gorgeous guy. all I can say is with actors and actresses is its either prescription drugs for depression/anxiety or home remedies like drinking away your problems. Some of us know that with either one it never goes away until you deal with the root problem...wonder what his is???? Do you find this valuable? |

Maggie, as for filming, they are now in their second week. They began on the 15th. Assuming he is able -- and as long as he can keep his head about him I can see no reason why he would not be -- I would think everything goes forward. Now what happens in September when he goes to cour, when filming will still be ongoing, is a different issue.

Maybe the charges will be dropped , I hope. But I wish this will wake him up and finally realize that he has a problem and get some help. He is a talented actor and I hear a nice person. Maybe he didnt mourn his mother death and maybe he needs time off and mourn her death. He deserves to be left alone and I wish him all the best

I am praying that the charges are dropped. Season 4 looks like it is going to be an awesome season and I, personally, don't want my favorite actor to go to jail. I also hope that whatever problem he has can be fixed. It's never good to have a problem like this. I hope that he gets the help he needs, if he needs help that is. So, I hope everything turns out for the best...and that the show doesn't get affected in the process! Do you find this valuable? |

I don't know about French laws, but I wouldn't expect him to go to jail for something like that. I think he is probably going to have to pay a fine or do some social work.

It offers a tempporay escape from painful issues that are hard to deal with. An addictive personality can get hooked on anything (ie:food, cigarettes, prescrption or street drugs, alcohol). Therapy can be very painful as it threatens to reveal what you're running from. Do you find this valuable? |

One of the other actresses once commented to me that it was easy to see how actors get hooked on drugs to stay awake because there is a great demand for constant energy. Do you find this valuable? |

Yes exactly what I mean...I just don't want him to burn out too fast. I dont know why but the Elvis thing keeps popping into my head..maybe because he played him and nows how it felt for Elvis when he became so popular he had no life anymore. Plus I just can't picture him old ya know just like I couldnt picture E too. It could be so many things but I can tell you 1st hand that the death of a parent does not go away. Mom died in Dec08 and I am now feeling it more, both of my parents within 2yrs. It is a big loss you dont feel til after. There are many factors in his life that could be the trigger or all of them together. All I can say is I feel for you Jonny! Thinking of you. <3 Do you find this valuable? |

ITs not right to say that about Irish people. Italian., Polish, Jews, Catholics, Chinese,Muslims, Greeks, Black, White, Men,Women and so on could become alcoholics. Not just Irish. Your right it could be genetic, but it could be genedtic if one of your family member is an alcoholic, like your your mom or dad in any nationality 0 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

"It puts me in mind of the tragic story of Judy Garland. When she was a child, pushed by her mother to do studio work, the Head Honcho Louis B. Mayer put her on diet pills (speed) to lose weight and give her energy, then downers to sleep. She was only 12. She battled this problem for her whole life and succumbed at a relatively young age - 60's I think. The crowds used to hang by their fingernails at her concerts because she was so loaded and waiting for her to screw up so they could say, "I was there..." 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Judy, Marilyn, Janis, Jimi, Jim, Brian (Jones), Epstein, Mama Cass, Cobain, Ledger, etc., etc., etc., etc. All were arrested and none got off the merry go round. I want Jonathan to live.
