Great Show
Jun 6 2009, 11:59 PM EDT
Tudors is one of my favorite shows. I became interested because I learned of the Anglican Church through a friend in graduate school. I am Roman Catholic. I attend a chuch called St. Thomas More. I did not realize that the hisory of Sir Thomas More was part of the Tudors Saga. The show is great. I know it's partially fictional, but the historical parts are great too. The acting is supurb and brilliant. I now have a better understanding of the history of the Anglican Church. I tried to get my Anglican friend to watch it. She is very well educated. I know beatuy is in the eye of the beholder. In my case, I definitely am convinced that Rebekah Wainwright is the most beautiful in the series. Her elegance is the best in the historic character. The other women are beautiful too, but to me Rebekah stands out. Do you find this valuable?

The series is great, however, the facts are distorted in many instances. It doesn't take away from the enjoyment (IMO), but if you're a beginning Tudor fan, look to other more accurate sources.
