Henry was very charismatic and so people were very impressed with him. He was educated, good looking (in his younger years) and charming. Ordinary folks back then would think that this was all a king needed. He embodied the splendour they liked about a king. In a way, monarchs were the popstars of the past and in this way, he rocked. As for his politics, I can't agree on everything he did and I also don't like the way he treated KoA, AB, KH and his daughters. Do you find this valuable?

"I can't understand or excuse what he did. IMO, he was a brutal tyrant even for the times. His daughter was not like him.
I will give Henry credit for being one of the most well known Kings. He's famous for being infamous. Like Chapuys said last season: "I have no doubt that your majesty's reign will be remembered." (unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons)."
