"Great choice for a thread,I totally agree and would love to see Henry and Katherines younger years made into a film. She was a fascinating strong women and their early years were happier ones. Katherine and Henry had a very good relationship at first and he confided trusted and respected her. Henry appointed her regent of England when he went to France , when the scots invaded England Katherine in her role sent the army to meet the them and they defeated the Scots. I agree, I think Catherine had the inner and outer beauty that unfortunately he was too self-centered to remain faithful to. I would have loved to see her have some flashbacks about their early marriage, when he called himself SIR LOYAL HEART. We all know he pursued her avidly after his brother died. She definitely was more than just the "wronged wife"; legally, she insisted she was the real wife and the queen that even Henry VII selected.
