I thought Fisher and Thomas Moores execution scenes were so sad!! But very well done. I thought Fishers speech was very touching and Thomases I was crying!! Henrys reaction to Moored death(even though it may not have been historically accurate)

I HATED the rape scene between George and Jane. I just thought it was totally unnecassary and dont understand why they did it.

Also I was wondering if anyone knows did Jane really not want to marry George like it was shown on the show??

Another scene I found distrubing was a scene with the pope and a little boy comes in and the pope says something (not exact) like "he shall make a fine cardinal someday). I had to wonder what was that boys position to come into scene with all these high powered catholics ? Or was this an artistic view from showtime leaving one to wonder something more dark ? If that was the case totally did not like that scene at all. Creeped me out. Do you find this valuable?

I think the little boy was a relative of Pope Paul III..I'll have to watch that episode again as I may be remembering wrong. Of course, I wouldn't put it past Showtime to throw in a little sidebar suggestive that some of the scandals that plagued the Catholic church in recent memory also existed in the 16th century---and Pope Paul as played by Peter O'toole seems to be the master of double entrendes!

I have so many favorites this is going to be so hard!
A few of my favorites are
-When Anne is watching the men being executed (Natalie Dormer's Performance was amazing)
-I actually liked the scene where Brandon tells Thomas Boleyn he is free, and Thomas only cares he gets to keep his earldom, then Brandon gets all in his face and tells him what a sick bastard he is
-I thought the scene where Mary watches her father leaving hatfield and totally ignores her was really depressing
-When Henry cheats on Anne and she has the miscarriage, seeing the look on Henry's face when she gives the "You have no one to blame for this but yourself" speech.

My least favorite scenes:
-When Anne dreams Mary is her death (I thought it was a bit strange, kinda off the wall? i think they could have showed it differently)
-When George rapes Jane
-When Henry eats the swan (although i thought it was amazing to add that in, it was still kinda gross)

okay, i dont have to time to go on, but you get the picture

I enjoyed the scenes where Anne Boleyn dances, in season 2 she was presented to Francis I in Calais during a masked dance. I like how flirtatious she was w/ her eyes too. She was captivating.

Scenes that got under my skin was every time Henry kept pulling away from Anne; especially when she really needed him, like after the miscarriages. I could also go on.... but that is part of what attracts me to this show, the drama and the feelings it evokes out of me . I love it!!!

The scenes that I least liked in season 2 was all the be headings in the second last episode, where the lads were put to death! Quite a dark episode! It was horrible cos they did not deserve it!

My most favourite scenes are any where Henry shows his body......lol ;)

My least favorite scenes are definitely the rape scene, i actually skip that now on the DVDs, and Mark's torture on the rack as well, i hide behind a cushion every time i see that moment.

My favorite scenes are any shared between Anne and Elizabeth, simply because i know Anne will die, and Lizzy will never get to know her. My fave one is definitely where Lady Bryan brings Elizabeth to see her mother, and Anne is so happy to see her "Elizabeth, my own heart", i love that moment, especially when Anne brings her to the fountain or pond to look at the fishes and Lizzy just dives her head just inches from the water to point them out ot her mom!

Favorite: Anne Boleyn holding Elizabeth (where she is wearing that awesome snood and robe pant pant) and wants to breastfeed her; one of my least favorites is Jane Rochford's father shoving her toward the altar while George stands there like a Bantam Cock laughing at her. If anybody doesn't have the DVD I urge you to get it. I love to replay them (even season I), watch once for the story, once for the acting, once for the clothes, once for the background characters' expressions, etc., etc., like this wiki...lol Do you find this valuable?

Favourite:ohhhhh theres so many um the one with Anne and Lizzy at the pond.
when Thomas More tells Katherine she is the Queen of Hearts- had a little cry when he said it. When Anne is getting ready for her execution and Jane is getting ready for her betrothal (Iknow many people don't like it! but I love the reading while they are doing it.)
Least Fav: George rapping Jane. Brereton naked while being arrested- honestly what the hell?!.When Thomas Boleyn tells Mary she is a bastered-why did he have to tell her?? I mean couldn't of they got Suffolk or Cromwell?.

"My fave scenes are:

1) Thomas More's execution, I like how it keeps switching from Henry to Thomas, the acting was brilliant and I loved the whole blood and cross thing

2) Catherine's death, well acted and heartbreaking, I couldn't stop crying throughout it

3) The scene between Henry and Jane where he asked her to be the Guinevere to his Lancelot, because its so sweet and gentle and light compared to the rest of the series and it's rather refreshing

4) Little Elizabeth listening to "the world is a slippery place" speech, because I like seeing little factors that build her up into being that magnificent queen she will be in the future"
the executions of thomas more and john fisher had me balling like a baby

My favorite scene was when Cromwell is trying to pray in the chapel and cannot. So well acted!

My least favorite scene was Edward Seymour and the hot poker. Couldn't sleep for two hours after that, and I usually sleep like a log.
