there is something seriously wrong with the system. I was so blown away with her. Honeslty one of the best actresses of our generation. Congrats Natalie it is a same to see you go, the show will not be the same with out you. Hopefully they will bring you back as Elizabeth in a possible future series.. congrats.xoxoxo 15  out of 16 found this valuable. Do you?

I agree, GG. Last month, I e-mailed the Emmys Golden Globes, and SAG on her behalf and on Jeremy Northam's. If we want them remembered at awards time, let's gun for it, people! 6  out of 6 found this valuable. Do you?

Brava! I feel that Nataie has raised the bar for all other actresses at stepping into the role of Anne Boleyn; as Glenda jackson is remembered for her portrayal of Elizabeth I (and Helen Mirren for Elizabeth II), so Natalie for Anne Boleyn. She owns it! Go girl! Where do I send an e-mail? i'll be happy to root for Jeremy Northam, too, he was mind-blowing! 4  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

Desiderata, you may e-mail The Emmys, SAG, and The Golden Globes respectively at the following addresses:

support@emmys.org

saginfo@sag.org

mrussell@michaelrussellgroup.com

I hope that helps! : -)

The "Tudors" related blogs on Entertainment Weekly ( www.ew.com) and E! entertainment network ( eonline.com) have also been strongly supportive of awards for Northam and Dormer. It's up to us fans to fire up the campains a bit and gun with both barrells. We can help make the system work.
Incidentally, I took the liberty of posting the same e-mail addresses on one of those sites as well.

I just sent an email to all three of those addresses. Her performance has been spectacular in every episode. She has set a pretty tough standard to meet, let alone beat.

What stands out the most to me, is you can tell with each line, that she really put her heart and soul into that character. I've also always felt she had a very deep respect for the woman she was portraying, and you could tell through her acting. I'm really afraid my interest in the series is going to wane, without her in it. She was my favorite character, and performer.

I love natalie dormer. She's so beautiful and such an amazing actress. I can't wait to see her in something new. I don't think she should be the 4th person of the most beautiful, she's the most beautiful out of them all. I laughed at myself because I was a little insulted that she was not number 1 lol. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Hey there and welcome .....I guess you were referring to the top ten lists page? Of course beauty is subjective and who ever put her at number 4... I guess thats how they felt. Anyway that was just one person's opinion. I will be putting up a survey to get everyone's opinion soon!

Well, Ms Squirrly, the address for the BAFTAs ( which Americans can view on the BBC America channel early next year) is INFO@BAFTA.ORG. Let's nag them on Natalie's (and Jeremy Northam's) behalf, everybody, especially since she ( and Jeremy) have been shut out of the Emmy nominations.Hopefully, their own country will be kinder. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. I totally agree with you! Natalie is incredible. During the Anne Boleyn death scene I was literally sobbing...she was just amazing. I hope that they bring her back next season for an episode or two as a ghost that haunts Henry. He should definitely be haunted after what he did to her. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Natalie is a great actress, and I was ticked off (nice way of saying it) when she was passed over for an Emmy nomination. FYI she appears in the September issue of Cosmo (US edition). Unfortunately there is no interview, but the pictures of her are stunning! Here is a link to scans of the pictures...
