The Tudors Future Dream Cast

Creator/Writer Michael Hirst announced at one time that he would like to continue on with "The Tudors" for 5 seasons-- going back to Henry VII to show how the Tudor Dynasty came to power, and then jumping forward to show the reigns of Henry's children. Although having a reputation for being deeply religious & cruel to non-catholics, he was also known as a cultured renaissance prince with a nostalgia for chivalry and medieval jousts. Philip grew up to be an outsider and carried this flaw with him into leadership. He never fully trusted anyone and so was incapable of calling upon others resources to aid him. Hands down, Cate Blachett would be the best actress for the part. She has already proven her worthiness in Elizabeth I and Elizabeth The Golden Years. She was wonderful. This would be an asset. I hope it goes on. I am Tudor fan crazed:)
