So, I've finally found a book on Jane Seymour, that goes into more detail than Fraser or Weir: Jane, the Quene Third Consort of King Henry VIII by Pamela M. Gross....but there is a catch...the book cost $109.95 on Amazon. What kind of price is that??? I can't shell out that kind of cash!! Who can?

The Church Under Queen Elizabeth By Frederick George Lee
Has anyone read this? I'm trying to figure out if he is the John Foxe to Elizabeth or not before I purchase it...because the going price is 25.00 USD at the least, and I was very disappointed in the last high price book I ordered, 'The Divorce of Catherine of Aragon' by James Anthony Froude. |
