I will be honest with you, I love your acting style that is what got me thru the last Season. I have had a fascination with Henry For a long time and when I saw you were going to play him I had very huge doubts. I am one of those that likes the hear the truth and full of the history and you looked nothing like him. But because I have loved your other movies I stayed and watched this. Because of you I cant live without the Tudors. You are awesome and just because you didnt get it this time doesnt mean you wont the next. I look forward to season 3. You have pulled off something so great and I hope you realize that just because you didnt win doesnt mean your not one of the great actors of your time. Do Us Proud...

do you think that jonathan rhys meyers will carry on playing henry untill hes finished with all his wives or not. It will be a shame if we have to see a completley different henry only for one series

I posted on the wrong site (sorry MsSquirrly!!!) The Tudors are a sensation in the States and to have this rabid of a following in the land of reality TV is amazing. Network TV has become lets see how we can get people to embarrass themselves and it has become a staple of American Entertainment. Not only are the Tudors a sensation, they are a successful historical fiction. When was the last time a show that took place in historic England was successful? The reason for the success is TALENT!! Plain and simple and JRM exudes it. A great script is one thing, but you have to have the right actor to bring that passion to life. That is why the Globes were wrong for not giving the award to you. "I say this to you- I confess only to you!" YOU WERE ROBBED!! ROCK ON

It is a pity that you have not won this award, which shows there is still a business in what is happening on TV, pity that the judges have not taken the excellent work they perform in the Tudors, and that somehow we remember something of universal history (in this case England), a hug from distant lands and please continue your wonderful work in showing the serial Henry VIII in The Tudors ...
