I really did not like the way the interfacing of Anne dressing for her execution while Jane laughed and played with jewelry while wating for Henry to arrive.
I wanted to smack her hard! When she was jumping up and down getting her dress on and here was Anne, os solemn and discarded. I thought it made a good visual, but it was also very sad. "Innocent" Jane knew what was happening at that very moment and didn't lose a wink of sleep over it.

I felt the most sorry for Elizabeth. Imagine having your whole life change in an instant, not because of some natural cause but because of some scheming politicians and an off-balanced father. Poor thing probably didn't know what hit her.

I noticed that at the beginning fo the episode 10, when Henry was dictating his letter to the Emperor of Spain to Cromwell, that he called the Emperor "Nephew". Did anyone else notice this. I thought it kind of funny, since having annulled his marriage to Katherine, the Emperor could not be Henry's nephew. Is Henry just doing this to suck up to the emperor in order to get his alliance, because if so he's opening up a can of worms or did the writers just slip up?
