natalie dormer has done a fantastic job of recreating what life would have been like for anne boleyn, and king henry's court. i wept as i watched her mount the scaffold, knowing full well what was going to happen, but hoping against hope that she would get a reprieve in the end. natalie's portrayal of anne is akin to genevieve bujold's performance in anne of the thousand days. i think that if this were a movie that natalie should have received an oscar for her performance of anne.

Hello one and all! Well, after just getting to watch the final ep on my DVR last night and about 10 minutes of balling...I am now analyzing the episode and one scene has me in a tizzy. The prayer that is being read to her by the priest when she is being cleansed and dressing the first time...I cannot find refference to it anywhere...I rememeber bits and pieces of it however...I do not recall from where it comes in the bible...can anyone point me to this passage or perhaps point to a website that has this. I am a historical re-enactor who portrays Anne, and would like to get this passage written out and framed with a photo of myself in one of my court gowns. Any help would be GREATLY appricated!! Thank you!!!!!

Perhaps this has been asked before, but does anyone know the translation of the French words that were engraved on the sword used to execute Anne? Thanks!

I am sure she would have been able to save herself and get on her broomstick and fly away from her execution, or "make" Henry want to keep her and Elizabeth. Saying she was a witch was just desparation on Henry's part to get rid of her (course we all know that) :-)
