In Episode 1.8, as Princess Margaret is dying, she recites a poem: Softly love and to love, softly

Can anyone tell me if this is an Elizabethan Age poem or if it was written specifically for the show. I have searched several places and cannot locate this poem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
